Mission Continues
The Foundation funded the New York City Bravo Class Orientation in May 2013, where 70 veterans from more than 25 states learned skills to succeed as Mission Continues Fellows. The Foundation also directly sponsored 12 veterans’ six-month fellowships.
Children of Fallen Patriots
The Cohen Foundation supports the Children of Fallen Patriots Foundation, which provides college scholarships and educational counseling to military children who have lost parents in the line of duty.
Steven & Alexandra Cohen Veterans Center at NYU
The Foundation has pledged $17 million to NYU Langone Medical Center to fund a research program created to advance the study, treatment and prevention of mental health issues affecting veterans, in particular post-traumatic stress and traumatic brain injury.
