Program Officer

RJ manages a portion of the Foundation’s grant portfolio, joining the team in May 2022.

Prior, RJ worked with several Connecticut-based nonprofit organizations, with a focus on philanthropy, workforce development, and health & wellness. RJ also served three AmeriCorps terms, fueling his passion for social impact work. He holds an M.S. in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University, as well as a B.A. in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College.

He is a fourth-generation Stamford, CT resident and can regularly be found supporting his favorite hometown businesses and nonprofits with his family. He is a board member of the Ferguson Library and Career Resources, Inc.
