Bruce Springsteen and comedian Jon Stewart were among celebrities at the “Stand Up For Heroes” event on November 10. The event, which honors veteran and which was hosted at Madison Square, is a special ocassion created by the New York Comedy Festival and Bob Woodruff Foundation.
At the same time, a philanthropic organization called “Love the Give” is teaming up with the Bob Woodruff Foundation to raise money for injured service members this Veterans Day, according to a report in the Huffington Post.
